    Do you ever wonder how to live in Wonder and Bliss? Do you easily get sidetracked and lose your mojo? Do you get lost in daily routines that are compromising YOU? Do you feel miserable, irritated, frustrated and stuck? Do you try to be ‘Normal’? Do you follow others dreams and norms? Do you miss your steps and rhythms of Life and Light?

    Then you are most likely without a dedicated Praxis from the Heart.

    Wonder and Bliss Experiences

    We all have them – these moments where we just know we are there. Where we feel we have it all. And then it passes and we are reminiscing in the past trying to catch the moment again.

    Living in Wonder and Bliss is dedicated Praxis

    To constantly experience Wonder and bliss a self – loving praxis that starts with YOU and listening beyond listening is required. What are the worx? Do you wonder about the difference between Praxis and Practice. Practice is what you do and can be a daily activity or routine. Freire and the ancient Greeks told us about Praxis as actions with reflection for change.

    You are listening, but really are you sensing, are you feeling, are you seeing, are you tasting beyond your reality? Leading an inquiry can lead you into a dialogue with your body, your mind, your emotions, your soul, your sacred heart and your spirit. This requires stillness – being still in your busy and noisy world and listen is not something you can take for granted. Dialogue is the journey to explore meaning, again from Greek philosophy and also used by the amazing Brazilian educator, Freire. Being in dialogue with all that we are, yes this can be a meditation or journeying praxis. This listening and dialogue beyond our ‘normal’ experience and ways is the key to a dedicated Praxis.

    Dedication is a journey. You may start noticing when you compromise and accept this may be good for you – so you do it even know if you like it. Somehow this thing your are doing is outside of you and it some ways you feel this must be right. Alas, may it is not your truth.

    When you start making a commitment, you begin to involve you, you start acknowledging your role in this, you can feel it. When you make an embodied commitment you put your mind and body into it. The dedication begins when you and your praxis becomes YOU, it is for You and all there is – you are actually internalizing and truly get involved in actions with love, mindfulness, your sacred heart, your soul and your spirit.

    When you begin with the dedicated praxis you will notice that things truly change – as you have now let go of your attachments and fears. You have now surrendered to the basics of the quantum and the essence.

    Everything Moves, Everything is Connected. Everything Changes

    The Rhythms

    And this is the point, the moment when you become one with all there is and you become your rhythm of life and light. This is when you feel the pulse of light pulsing lovingly within you and through you. You have a knowing beyond knowing and you feel your path and all is clear. For that Rhythm it takes your dedication to your praxis. Your individual and authentic praxis is in the Flow with all living systems and your rhythms and light.

    My dedicated Praxis


    For me Praxis begins with alimentation, what do I put into my mouth, my body, my environment, my water… I am aware I cant hide from pollution, heavy metals, toxins and illness around me. What I can do is being dedicated to my praxis. For me it is organic as much as possible, yes I know its not 100% but it is a beginning. I eat nothing of a mother: meat, eggs, dairy, fish. Yes make exceptions – more and more rare are those exceptions though. I don’t eat processed food and avoid all GM produce including Soy. I support my body with additional magnesium, silica, COQ10 in power from. I keep my body alkaline and clear, including regular detox and fasting. Does that mean this should be your alimentation – NO – you can find your own dedication to YOUR Praxis. As diets and nutrition in the common sense are not working for me, so I choose what works, hence my choice to call food for live alimentation. My ideal is to be a breatherian. I bless all my alimentation and I am grateful for it all.

    My partner creates toothpaste, deodorant, body oils and more, we use soaps that are free of Petrochemicals and other toxins and preferably not animal tested.

    Movement and Exercise

    I am very clear that the physical body is made for movement – and I believe for at least one hour a day. My personal preference is Yoga, Qi Gong, walking, swimming… Its fun and as much as I can do outside.

    Connection to Nature

    I am very clear about being part of all living systems, this planet, stone and plant people, animal kingdom, mountains and waters, deserts and plains, elements and the subtle. I consciously spend time to cultivate and nurture my connectedness. And I am grateful and bless all. Imagine we no longer protect nature but truly live in harmony, harmlessness and LOVE.

    Meditation and Journeying

    I meditate and do shamanic journeys every day, with different intent to share my gifts with the world.

     Sacred Space

    I live in Sacred Space – invoked in the morning to allow me to be an instrument of Pure LightSource and the Divine in all my actions, thoughts and words. I honor the sacred space I walk in and I am harmless to self and all there is. In this sacred space I connect with my Masters, Teachers and the Divine in Spirit, and mostly of spirit

    I listen deep – connect to silence, stillness and nothingness to allow my flow of life to unfold.
